Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a distinguished leader in the Sumatra Area, overseeing diverse business units across the Automotive, Retail, Real Estate, Hospitality, Banking, and food and beverage industries.

Job Responsibilities

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least the last 5 years in a senior managerial role (Sales, After Sales, or Operations). 
• Preferably has prior experience within the two-wheels dealership network.
• Proven track record in managing multi-branch operations and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, results-oriented, and well-versed in dealer management systems and market intelligence.

Job Requirements

• Lead and oversee all business activities (sales, service, spare parts) across the main dealership network. 
• Develop sales strategies and market expansion plans to achieve volume and profitability targets.
• Manage relationships with principals and ensure operational standards align with manufacturer guidelines.
• Drive operational efficiency and enhance customer service quality.
• Develop and mentor branch-level managerial teams to ensure sustained performance.
