Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading pioneer in the integration of cloud-based collaborative platforms for transforming business supply chains.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the quality assurance (QA) testing process, ensuring thorough documentation of all procedures and outcomes.
- Engage with clients to gain a clear understanding of their business challenges, operational workflows, and organizational requirements.
- Support the preparation and review of business processes, requirements, and functional specifications to develop accurate and effective test cases.
- Monitor, track, and report client-raised issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication throughout.
- Maintain close communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure deliverables are met with professionalism and precision.
- Collaborate effectively with the technical team and Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered successfully and in accordance with agreed timelines.
- Strong communicator, able to engage confidently with both clients and internal teams.
- Results-driven with a clear sense of accountability and ownership for each project.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, consistently contributing ideas and enhancements that add value to the client experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant role.
- Proficiency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in QA testing is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business concepts clearly.
