About the Company
Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client, a local subsidiary of a global stationery company, offering an extensive selection of high-quality, ergonomically designed, and competitively priced products for educators, professionals, students, and home users.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities to achieve the monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Support and expand General Trade (GT) channels, focusing on retail shops, distributors, and industrial buyers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and trade promotions to strengthen brand visibility.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat orders.
- Proactively identify potential new clients and develop tailored approaches to close sales opportunities
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and competitor insights to management
- Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery and promotional execution
- Handle basic technical inquiries about tool specifications, usage, and after-sales support
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; Engineering or Marketing background preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in the Tools industry (Power Tools, Hand Tools, or Industrial Supplies).
- Proven experience in B2C and B2B sales, with exposure to dealers, distributors, and end-users.
- Strong product knowledge and market awareness in industrial tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Conversational English proficiency
