Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable ETL processes using Apache Airflow and Python
Integrate and manage high-volume transactional data from multiple platforms
Write and fine-tune raw SQL queries to handle datasets ranging from hundreds of thousands to millions of records daily
Automate data movement and transformation to support seamless system interoperability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into efficient data solutions
Utilize Git for version control and Docker for deployment workflows
Monitor data integrity, resolve workflow issues, and ensure accurate synchronisation across systems

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Python development, with a focus on data engineering or ETL processes
Proficiency in SQL, particularly PostgreSQL and/or MySQL
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Apache Airflow is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD methodologies
Prior exposure to Odoo ERP systems is a significant advantage
Strong analytical skills and a commitment to data accuracy
Immediate availability is highly desirable
