Job Responsibilities
- Application & Workflow Development
- Design, build, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Portal) tailored to business needs.
- Develop and automate business workflows using Power Automate for approvals, notifications, and data movement
- Data Analytics & Reporting

- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Leverage DAX, Power Query, and custom visuals for real-time insights.

- Data Integration & Modeling
- Integrate data from Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, and external APIs or connectors.
- Perform data modeling, ETL, transformation, and ensure data integrity and design best practices.
- Governance, Security & Architecture
- Implement governance frameworks: manage roles, permissions, and access controls under organizational standards.
- Establish secure authentication models and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
- Maintenance & Support
- Provide application support including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and system optimization.
- Assist end users through training and documentation on Power Platform tools.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions and continuously improve applications.
- Testing & ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
- Design and implement automated testing and deployment pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
- Apply ALM best practices including version control, solution lifecycle, releases, and CI/CD processes
Job Requirements
- Core Technical Skills
- Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Portal) – building UI/UX-rich solutions.
- Power Automate – creating robust workflows and RPA-enabled flows.
- Power BI – dashboarding, reporting, DAX, Power Query.
- SharePoint integration – lists, libraries, SPFx, REST API connectors.
- Data Management & Integration
- Experience with Dataverse, SQL Server, and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and integrating data via connectors or custom APIs.
- Governance & Security
- Implementing governance, security policies, and role-based access design.
- Knowledge of compliance standards, data protection, and identity management.
- Development Lifecycle & Architecture
- Proficiency in automated testing, deployment (CI/CD), ALM best practices.
- Understanding of solution architecture patterns, reusable components, and platform scalability principles.
- Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related; or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1+ years with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Candidate must have experience developing apps for customers, not just internal projects.
- Communication: Able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders; strong training and documentation skills.
- Problem-solving: Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex solutions.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams and participate in CoE or governance structures
