Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a fitness nutrition and supplement company based in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

⁠Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
⁠⁠Develop and implement HR policies that drive discipline, efficiency, and high performance.
Oversee General Affairs functions, including facilities management, procurement, and asset control.
⁠⁠Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal standards.
Build a strong employer branding and talent acquisition strategy aligned with Evolene’s vision.
⁠⁠Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the HRGA team.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
⁠⁠Minimum 5+ years of HRGA experience, with managerial/supervisory exposure.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR operations. Proven ability in recruitment, people management, and GA administration.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
⁠High integrity, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
