Job Responsibilities

• Searching for new client who might use company products and services and also maximizing client potential in designated region.
• Developing long-term relationships through managing & interpreting client’s requirements.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, product knowledge & after-sales support services.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Supporting marketing activities & events.

Job Requirements

• SMA/K education with a minimum of 2-3 years experience or D3/S1 in any major.
• Have an interest in the B2B sales and marketing field.
• Accustomed to working with targets and deadlines.
• Have good communication skill (verbal and written).
• Have a good knowledge of databases in the packaging industry (plus points).
• Computer literate; MS Office (basic function and correspondences).
• Have good interpersonal & negotiation skills, discipline, and ability to work individually and in a team.
• Must be able to speak English and Hokkien
• WFH but should reside in Medan and the surrounding area
• Able to join ASAP.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the proper execution of General Accounting procedures, guaranteeing timely and accurate financial statements, analyses, and reports.
• Review the administration of accounts such as Receivables, Inventories, Prepaid and Accrued Expenses, Fixed Assets, and Payables to confirm accurate postings.
• Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports on a monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis (including settlements), ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time.
• Lead the implementation of Cost Accounting processes and annual procedures to produce detailed cost analysis reports and provide recommendations for decision-making.
• Handle the preparation and calculation of the annual budget.
• Oversee and validate Corporate Tax-related transactions and postings to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
• Establish a systematic filing system for accounting documentation and electronic data processing, ensuring easy traceability and efficient access to information or documents.
• Coordinate and support Financial and Tax Audit activities, ensuring compliance with government regulations and PSAK guidelines.
• Assist the Section Manager in compiling the consolidated reporting package for the company, ensuring precision and timeliness.
• Continuously improve financial procedures and activities for optimal performance.

Job Requirements

• Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager in Accounting & Tax.
• Key skills include SAP proficiency, forecasting and budgeting, cost/variance analysis, SOP review, and holding a brevet certification.
• Demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively with auditors, exhibit strong teamwork, and communicate fluently in English.
