Job Responsibilities

Monitor and manage employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance productivity

Analyze workforce needs to design career paths for employees.

Manage the hiring process, ensuring adherence to company SOPs.

Oversee onboarding programs to support new hires' smooth integration.

Organize internal meetings to assess team development needs.

Plan and execute training programs that address skill gaps and promote professional growth.
Job Requirement
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in HR functions, particularly in performance management, career planning, and recruitment.

Proficiency in developing HR SOPs and facilitating training sessions.

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
