Job Responsibilities

Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with management to develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all staff.

Analyze KPI data to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.

Oversee the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices

Develop and update HR policies to align with the company’s goals and legal standards
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any field (degrees related to Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality are preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related HR managerial position.

Previous experience working in the hospitality industry, particularly in hotels or restaurants.

Maximum 40 years old.

Strong background in employee development and performance management.

Familiarity with compensation and benefits (comben), general affairs, and legal aspects of HR.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant and attractive personality.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with management and staff at all levels.

Willingness to be based in Semarang, Indonesia
