Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of the manufacturing and production processes.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Champion the adoption and execution of Lean Manufacturing principles, including Kaizen, 5S, and process optimization initiatives.
• Establish clear targets for production output, quality, efficiency, and safety—and ensure these objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
• Act as a role model and mentor, offering effective leadership and direction to a seasoned production team.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (QA, Maintenance, PPIC, Supply Chain, R&D, etc.) to ensure alignment and seamless operations across departments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials); a Master’s degree is highly regarded.
• A minimum of 12 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably within the automotive or automotive interior parts sector.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading production teams or managing production lines.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities—decisive, communicative, and effective in leading organizational change.
• Strong technical knowledge of painting processes and decorative finishing techniques.
• Hands-on experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving production environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and strong relationships across all levels of the organization.

• Oversee End-to-End Business Unit Operations
  Hold full accountability for managing the company business unit, including strategic and operational planning to meet production and quality objectives.
  
  
• Plan and Supervise Business Projects
  Design strategies and oversee business projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery according to established goals.
  
  
• Implement Continuous Improvement and Quality Standards
  Develop and manage continuous improvement programs (Kaizen), quality management systems (QMS), and workplace safety standards to promote a safe and high-quality work environment.
  
  
• Establish Risk Management Strategies and Policies
  Formulate and implement risk management strategies and ensure the availability of necessary resources. Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks, while ensuring full compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant disciplines. Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

• 15–20 years of experience in production/manufacturing in food industry or similar, with a proven track record in senior managerial or divisional leadership roles.
• Extensive experience managing various production functions, including PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control), Warehouse, LQA (Logistics & Quality Assurance), and Engineering.
• Demonstrated success in implementing Kaizen principles, QMS, and workplace safety programs.
• Proven experience leading business development initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
