Job Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and direct the team of Account Executives.
- Oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Drive business growth in the HR consultancy sector, with a focus on assessment, counselling, and training services.
- Ensure effective collaboration between sales and marketing functions to achieve organisational objectives.
- Strengthen client relationships and support the company’s positioning as a trusted HR consultancy partner.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven success in a similar role, with strong exposure to sales and marketing, especially in the same industry (consulting).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coordinate teams.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with HR consultancy services (assessment, counselling, training) is an advantage.
