Job Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and direct the team of Account Executives.
Oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Drive business growth in the HR consultancy sector, with a focus on assessment, counselling, and training services.
Ensure effective collaboration between sales and marketing functions to achieve organisational objectives.
Strengthen client relationships and support the company’s positioning as a trusted HR consultancy partner.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven success in a similar role, with strong exposure to sales and marketing, especially in the same industry (consulting).
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coordinate teams.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
Familiarity with HR consultancy services (assessment, counselling, training) is an advantage.
