Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and publish mobile learning modules on the mobile learning platform.
  • Manage the publication schedule to provide Retail learners with a seamless learning experience.
  • Monitor and analyze completion rates, ensuring at least 90% module completion, identifying unusual learning trends, and reporting findings to management and the Learning Team.
  • Collaborate with teams such as Sales and Product to identify learning needs and emphasize essential product features.
  • Design and tailor learning modules specifically for Retail Learning Partners.
  • Organize and prepare all necessary materials in advance of training events.
  • Support post-training activities by administering quizzes and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate the monthly learning schedule with the Learning Team and communicate upcoming learning activities.
  • Maintain attendance records and update the Learning calendar.
  • Record training data for attendance, new hires, and terminations in the Learning database.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.
  • At least 5 years of experience in solution-based customer support, with a solid grasp of complex sales processes.
  • Ability to exceed industry standards through creativity, dynamic problem-solving, and adaptability to new technical areas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
