Job Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and publish mobile learning modules on the mobile learning platform.
- Manage the publication schedule to provide Retail learners with a seamless learning experience.
- Monitor and analyze completion rates, ensuring at least 90% module completion, identifying unusual learning trends, and reporting findings to management and the Learning Team.
- Collaborate with teams such as Sales and Product to identify learning needs and emphasize essential product features.
- Design and tailor learning modules specifically for Retail Learning Partners.
- Organize and prepare all necessary materials in advance of training events.
- Support post-training activities by administering quizzes and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the monthly learning schedule with the Learning Team and communicate upcoming learning activities.
- Maintain attendance records and update the Learning calendar.
- Record training data for attendance, new hires, and terminations in the Learning database.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in solution-based customer support, with a solid grasp of complex sales processes.
- Ability to exceed industry standards through creativity, dynamic problem-solving, and adaptability to new technical areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
