Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a seamless resolution process and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct both online and offline meetings with clients—primarily Russian-speaking—to address concerns, provide assistance, and strengthen relationships.
  • Support clients with payment procedures and respond to financial inquiries in a professional and transparent manner.
  • Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Head of Department regarding client interactions and resolution progress.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely and effective responses to client needs.
  • Communicate project details clearly, addressing client questions in a professional, supportive, and customer-oriented manner.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Fluent in both English and Russian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems and manage conflict resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Capable of performing well in high-pressure environments while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
