Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a seamless resolution process and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct both online and offline meetings with clients—primarily Russian-speaking—to address concerns, provide assistance, and strengthen relationships.
- Support clients with payment procedures and respond to financial inquiries in a professional and transparent manner.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Head of Department regarding client interactions and resolution progress.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate timely and effective responses to client needs.
- Communicate project details clearly, addressing client questions in a professional, supportive, and customer-oriented manner.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluent in both English and Russian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems and manage conflict resolution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Capable of performing well in high-pressure environments while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
