Job Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth by identifying and initiating new commercial opportunities.
  • Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design client-centric solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Execute strategic initiatives to surpass performance expectations and company benchmarks.
  • Maintain a dynamic and forward-looking pipeline in alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of daily financial market developments.
  • Deliver timely and structured reports detailing business development efforts and outcomes.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements in client documentation processes.
  • Complete assigned training programs and professional development goals within the designated timeline.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience in the financial market trading.
  • Efficiently manage the sales pipeline by generating, nurturing, and converting leads.
  • Design and implement tailored sales strategies across diverse client segments.
  • Oversee and develop direct sales accounts to maximise revenue potential.
  • Proactively address client concerns and escalate critical issues through appropriate channels.

 

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the financial industry.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal engagement.
  • Proven ability to recognise, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the capacity to work autonomously.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with networking and client acquisition methodologies is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel as required by business needs.
