Job Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by identifying and initiating new commercial opportunities.
- Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design client-centric solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Execute strategic initiatives to surpass performance expectations and company benchmarks.
- Maintain a dynamic and forward-looking pipeline in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of daily financial market developments.
- Deliver timely and structured reports detailing business development efforts and outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements in client documentation processes.
- Complete assigned training programs and professional development goals within the designated timeline.
- Deep understanding and practical experience in the financial market trading.
- Efficiently manage the sales pipeline by generating, nurturing, and converting leads.
- Design and implement tailored sales strategies across diverse client segments.
- Oversee and develop direct sales accounts to maximise revenue potential.
- Proactively address client concerns and escalate critical issues through appropriate channels.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales within the financial industry.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal engagement.
- Proven ability to recognise, pursue, and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the capacity to work autonomously.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with networking and client acquisition methodologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel as required by business needs.
