Job Description

Role Summary

We are looking for an HRGA Manager who is comfortable working in a structured, tech-based, and disciplined environment. This role is responsible for strengthening HR and General Affairs processes, ensuring compliance, improving execution quality, and making people operations more scalable and well-documented. This is a hands-on role that works closely with the leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to translate direction into practical policies, systems, and daily execution.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources (HR) Aspects

  • Manage industrial relations and labor compliance
  • Oversee payroll processes: salary, incentives/bonus, compensation, and THR
  • Handle BPJS, employee tax administration, and leave management
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Oversee basic HSE and employee wellbeing / engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate training, certification, and employee development programs
  • Manage employee lifecycle events (sick leave, maternity, bereavement, etc.)
  • Administer operational employee benefits (meals/catering, telecom, transport, allowances, accommodation)
  • Coordinate professional fees related to workforce or employment contracts with Finance and Legal

General Affairs (GA) Aspects

  • Oversee daily office operations including purchasing, maintenance, and vendor management
  • Manage CAPEX, inventory, and company assets
  • Coordinate software subscriptions and tool procurement with Tech and Finance teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HRGA Manager or equivalent role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance
  • Experience handling payroll, benefits, and industrial relations
  • Strong execution, follow-up, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a disciplined and system-driven environment
