Job Responsibilities

1.Channel Development and Maintenance:

  • Develop new sales channels and establish relationships with potential partners.
  • Maintain existing channel relationships to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Regularly visit channel partners to understand their needs and market dynamics.

2.Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies based on company-set sales goals.
  • Monitor and drive channel partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to improve performance.

3.Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide recommendations for product and sales strategy improvements based on research findings.

4.Training and Support:

  • Provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques to channel partners.
  • Offer necessary sales support to partners, assisting them in resolving issues encountered during the sales process.

5.Contract and Partnership Management:

  • Negotiate, sign, and manage channel contracts, ensuring the terms align with company interests.
  • Oversee the execution of partnership agreements to ensure smooth collaboration.

6.Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to enhance their loyalty.
  • Address partner feedback and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

7.Internal Coordination and Communication:

  • Coordinate with other departments within the company (e.g., marketing, product, logistics) to ensure the smooth operation of channel activities.
  • Regularly report to management on the progress of channel activities and market trends.

 

Job Requirements

  • BA/MA degree in Information Technology or a related discipline with experience in mobile phone/consumer electronic industry.
  • Have team spirit, leadership and ability to work across departments.
  • Have enterprising spirit and strong executive power.
  • Experience working with or selling through mobile phone retailers is preferred.
  • Candidates must be able to converse in English.
