Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, Founded in 1999, the company excels in branding media, partnering with 50+ malls and trade centers. It innovates continuously, expanding across Asia while offering products like billboards, lightboxes, and branding furniture to meet modern standards and advertiser demands.
We are seeking a dynamic Product Development Manager to drive innovation and growth in our Out-of-Home (OOH) media offerings. The ideal candidate will lead the development and enhancement of OOH advertising products, integrating emerging technologies and data-driven solutions to optimize client engagement and revenue generation.
Job Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Innovation:
- Develop and execute a roadmap for OOH media products, including traditional, digital, programmatic, and interactive solutions.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements to create innovative OOH advertising formats and solutions.
- Lead the transition from static to dynamic, data-driven OOH media offerings.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings to inform product decisions.
- Conduct research on emerging advertising technologies such as DOOH, programmatic OOH, and AI-driven targeting solutions.
- Product Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technology, operations) to design and launch new OOH media products.
- Work with vendors, media owners, and technology partners to enhance product capabilities.
- Oversee the testing and deployment of new product features, ensuring high-quality execution and performance.
- Revenue & Performance Optimization:
- Develop pricing strategies and monetization models for new OOH products.
- Establish KPIs and analyze campaign performance to enhance product effectiveness.
- Optimize programmatic OOH solutions to drive automation and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with sales teams to develop compelling product offerings and sales materials.
- Provide training and support to ensure effective product adoption.
- Engage with advertisers and agencies to showcase new product capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, media, advertising, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of OOH and DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) media landscapes.
- Experience with programmatic advertising, data-driven marketing, and emerging media technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving media environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with OOH advertising networks, media buying platforms, or ad tech companies.
- Familiarity with audience measurement tools and data analytics for OOH campaigns.
- Knowledge of creative and content development for digital signage and interactive OOH media.
