Job Responsibilities

Design Strategy & Leadership: Work cross-functionally to drive the entire design process, from ideation to product launch, ensuring alignment with the overall vision.
User Research & Testing: Conduct research and usability tests to gather insights, refining designs based on feedback and data-driven decisions.
UI/UX Development: Transform complex business and technical requirements into seamless, visually appealing user experiences, including wireframes and prototypes.
High-Fidelity Prototyping: Utilize Figma to create interactive, high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design intent.
Design System Maintenance: Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to advocate for design decisions and deliver cohesive solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas to enhance product experiences

Job Requirements

Experience: 2–3 years in product design, preferably within a fast-paced startup or top-tier tech environment.
Figma Expertise: Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and maintaining design systems.
Startup Mindset: Ability to work in agile teams, iterate quickly, and manage multiple priorities.
User-Centric Thinking: Proven ability to integrate user feedback into designs with strong attention to detail and usability.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and visual communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively.
Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting product metrics and user data to guide design improvements.
