Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, with core service to offers services for obtaining visas to over 100 countries.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic business planning.
Performance Analysis: Monitor key financial metrics, analyze variances, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis, to assess financial health.
Cost Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial efficiency, optimize costs, and enhance profitability.
Cash Flow & Revenue Management: Assist in managing cash flow, tracking expenses, and projecting revenues.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax policies, and internal controls, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Badan, PPh 4 ayat 2, and PPN.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide financial analysis and reports to support leadership in strategic decision-making.
Budgeting & Planning: Oversee monthly, weekly, and annual budgeting processes.

Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years in financial management, accounting, or similar roles.
Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing complex financial processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets, along with financial analysis tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian
