This company established in 2015, originating from Bandung, Indonesia, manufactures clothing and outdoor recreation equipment. The company produces products for activities such as mountain climbing, camping, and rock climbing, including backpacks, jackets, and sandals.
Recruitment Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
- Proactively source and screen candidates from a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing offer negotiations, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Continuously monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
- Prefer to have experience in Fashion/Lifestyle Retail Background
- Strong understanding of best practices in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in data analysis and using applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment process
- Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative team player with a passion for talent management and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences
