Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth & Planning: Shape the long-term strategy for expanding and managing experience stores in Indonesia. Develop annual operational plans aligned with business goals to drive growth and efficiency.
- Location Strategy & Expansion: Identify and assess potential store locations based on commercial viability, rental costs, foot traffic, and surrounding amenities. Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and oversee the expansion process.
- Store Operations & Performance: Establish and enhance operational standards, covering staffing, customer service, product displays, and inventory control. Track daily operations, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, business administration, retail management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of five years in retail operations, experience store management, or a related sector. Candidates with a strong track record in store expansion are preferred.
- Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and travel as required.
