About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding creative consultancy specialising in branding, digital marketing, content creation, experiential activations, and data-driven insights.

Job Responsibilities

This leadership position requires a strategic, business-orientated individual to drive the agency’s growth, operational efficiency, and industry presence while ensuring creative excellence aligns with business objectives.

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Expansion

  • Develop and implement a long-term vision and strategy to strengthen the agency’s market position.
  • Identify and leverage new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Lead initiatives for regional expansion and the introduction of new service offerings (e.g., the upcoming BTL workshop).
  • Ensure the seamless integration of creative excellence with business objectives.

2. Operational & Financial Management

  • Oversee day-to-day agency operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability in collaboration with the group CEO/founder.
  • Manage profit and loss (P&L), budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Enhance internal processes and workflows to boost productivity and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory obligations.

3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, brands, and strategic partners.
  • Drive client retention and satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality campaigns and solutions.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

4. Team Leadership & Culture Development

  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent across creative, strategy, accounts, and operations teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and excellence-driven work environment.
  • Promote continuous learning, skill development, and professional growth.
  • Assess and restructure the organizational team as needed to optimize performance.

5. Marketing & Industry Presence

  • Strengthen the agency’s reputation through thought leadership, public relations, and industry contributions.
  • Stay ahead of evolving creative and digital marketing trends to ensure market relevance.
  • Design and execute branding and marketing strategies to increase visibility and attract new clients.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience within a creative agency, digital marketing, or branding sector.
  • Proven ability to drive business development, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
  • Strong expertise in branding, digital marketing, content creation, and experiential activations.
  • Financial acumen, with experience in P&L management and optimizing financial performance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Innovation-driven mindset, adaptable to industry trends and market shifts.
  • Established network and industry connections are highly advantageous.
