Retail Business Development & Strategic Partnership

Job Responsibilities

  • Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive research on emerging markets, industry shifts, and competitors to uncover potential growth avenues.
  • Strategic Collaborations & Negotiation: Build and negotiate business partnerships, agreements, and collaborations to enhance market presence.
  • Sales Projections & Revenue Estimates: Assess market trends and data to produce precise sales predictions and revenue forecasts.
  • International Sales Expansion : International Sales Expansion Channel to the US market, Europe market, Southeast Asia market, and Japan market. 
  • Business Strategy Creation: Develop and execute business development plans to achieve organizational objectives and broaden market reach.
  • Client & Partner Relations: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to boost brand visibility and foster business growth.
  • Project Leadership: Manage and supervise business development projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Sales Proposals & Presentations: Create persuasive sales proposals and presentations to effectively convey the company's value proposition to prospective clients and partners.

 

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in business development, international sales, export consumer goods, or a similar role. 
  • Fluent in English (Verbal & Written).
  • Have background in exporting bag, shoes, accecories or other fashion goods.
  • Demonstrated success in forming partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Skilled in analyzing market trends and crafting data-driven strategies.
  • Experience in managing projects and leading teams.
