Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company established in Jakarta in 2009. The company started by selling spare parts for home televisions, DVD players, and various electronic components that customers need daily. Over time, the business has continued to grow by expanding its product range, distributing, and selling to almost all major provinces in Indonesia. The company's brand has been well received by many customers nationwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the compensation system, benefits, and facilities, to ensure that the system established by the company is competitive, in line with industry practices, according to the company’s financial capabilities and performance.
- Understand and update employment information if there are changes in rules and policies.
- Responsible for conducting coaching & counseling for employees in need, in order to achieve the expected work performance, in accordance with the needs of coaching & counseling techniques.
- Responsible for developing, evaluating, and developing employee competency systems to achieve the target level of employee competency levels (KPI).
- Responsible for socializing company policies to employees.
- Review and revise HR policies and SOPs, so that they can be applied appropriately, in accordance with changes or applicable regulations.
- Improve and supervise the corporate culture to match the values and vision and mission set by the company.
- Maintain good relations and resolve any existing problems so that a harmonious relationship occurs.
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the organizational structure in accordance with the needs of the company, by carrying out the process of recruiting and placing competent employees.
- Understand basic labor law and industrial relation.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Maximum 45 years old;
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management.
- Experience in Organization Development.
- Willing to work in Jakarta (Pangeran Jayakarta).
- Proven 5 years of experience working as an HR Manager or a similar position
- Experience working in an Electric or Retail or Manufacturing Company.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
