Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day visa processing operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Design, implement, and optimize operational processes and workflows.
- Lead and coordinate multiple departments, such as account management, document handling, and field support, to ensure operational cohesion.
- Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in workflows and recommend actionable improvements.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and operational analyses to track KPIs and improve outcomes.
- Monitor team performance and deliver ongoing coaching, training, and feedback.
- Manage resources and budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of tools, systems, and technologies that support operational success.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the visa, immigration, or travel-related industries.
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for internal collaboration and external coordination.
- Highly organized, with the ability to oversee multiple ongoing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
