Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the formulation and implementation of the company-wide internal audit strategy.
- Assess and enhance the effectiveness of internal control systems, risk management practices, and compliance mechanisms.
- Execute audits across operational, financial, and investigative scopes within different departments.
- Present key findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.
- Provide guidance and professional development to the internal audit team, ensuring high standards of audit quality and independence are maintained.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
- Holding a professional certification such as CIAP would be considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in internal audit, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Comprehensive understanding of risk-based auditing principles, internal control frameworks, and applicable regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated strength in leadership, analytical thinking, and effective communication.
- Willingness to travel for audit assignments across various business units.
