About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company pioneering an industry transformation by revolutionising the shrimp sector through an advanced management system.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the comprehensive management and daily operations of aquaculture ponds.
• Serve as a key problem solver within the scope of responsibility, integrating leadership, scientific knowledge, practical experience, and new inputs to address operational challenges.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategic and operational plans for pond activities.
• Supervise pond operations to ensure alignment with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Coordinate planning related to pond resource and supply requirements.
• Prepare and deliver both technical and non-technical reports to relevant teams.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fisheries or a related discipline. 
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in aquaculture or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of shrimp cultivation practices.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate team activities effectively.
• Willingness to be assigned to Banyuwangi.
