Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a printing service company with a product portfolio that includes continuous inkjet and thermal inkjet and employs more than 3000+ employees worldwide and experienced in the industry for more than 40 years.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engaging potential clients who may benefit from our products or services, while maximizing the potential of existing customers within your assigned region.
  • Providing pre-sales technical consultations, product knowledge guidance, and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process — from generating high-quality leads, following up on initial contacts, negotiating terms, and closing deals, to coordinating timely deliveries.
  • Developing and delivering compelling technical presentations to clearly communicate the value and benefits of our products or solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal engineering teams to assess equipment requirements and system specifications.
  • Assisting clients in troubleshooting issues related to installed products and recommending enhanced or more cost-efficient solutions.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities for operational or service improvement and providing constructive feedback and solutions to management.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance KPIs.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
  • Prior experience and genuine interest in B2B sales or marketing is essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under target-driven and deadline-sensitive conditions.
  • Knowledge or existing networks in the coding & marking or packaging industry will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Technologically adept and proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, including email correspondence and documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a disciplined and proactive work ethic. Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for technology, innovation, and building long-term business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and sales abilities, combined with a technical aptitude and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Semarang, or Bandung.
  • Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
