About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a company pioneering an industry transformation by revolutionising the shrimp sector through an advanced management system.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the aquaculture and seafood sectors.
  • Deliver persuasive and informative sales presentations that effectively communicate the unique value and benefits of the company’s offerings.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, promoting a results-driven and collaborative environment.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure sales strategies align with broader organizational goals.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of industry developments, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Evaluate client needs and market dynamics to refine and adapt sales approaches accordingly.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, including production processes and quality standards.
  • Offer technical support and product-related guidance to clients, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any field of study.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in sales, ideally within the aquaculture or frozen seafood industry.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales practices, with demonstrated success in driving sales performance.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team effectively.
  • Strong leadership capabilities combined with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in negotiation and client engagement.
  • Flexible and adaptable in response to evolving business needs, team structures, and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of aquaculture operations, shrimp farming, and seafood supply chain processes is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support business development initiatives.
