Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a Bandung-based sportswear manufacturer established in 2013. The company specializes in producing a wide range of athletic apparel, including baselayers, wetsuits, swimwear, sport hijabs, leggings, and compression tops. Known for its commitment to quality, the company uses carefully selected materials, and its products are widely trusted by national athletes across various sports disciplines in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning: Develop HR strategies and manpower plans aligned with business growth in production, retail, and design.
- Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment across all departments and build talent pipelines through external partnerships. Design training programs for both production and non-production teams, including leadership development.
- Performance & Compensation Management: Implement KPI systems tailored to the apparel industry and ensure objective evaluations. Design competitive compensation schemes and manage employee benefits.
- Culture & Compliance: Foster a sporty, innovative, and results-driven culture through engagement programs. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations and support audit readiness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Law
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2 years as HR Manager (preferably in fashion retail or apparel)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, HRIS, and KPI systems
- Effective leadership and communication skills; able to manage cross-functional teams
- Passion for sports and fashion is a plus
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
