Job Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Channel Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies for retail stores, pop-up outlets, and consignment partners. Set and monitor sales targets across all distribution points, identify new locations and strategic partners, and analyze performance data to guide product and channel development.

Retail & Consignment Operations: Oversee daily operations of retail stores, ensuring visual merchandising, brand standards, and customer experience are consistently maintained. Manage consignment systems including stock flow, returns, reporting, and partner relations.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead the Store Supervisor, Area Sales, and Consignment Coordinator teams. Design training programs to enhance team performance and foster a collaborative, target-driven work culture.
Business Development & Brand Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and brand activation teams to run in-store promotions and sports events. Build partnerships with sports communities, department stores, and event organizers to expand brand reach.
Sales Analysis & Reporting: Prepare performance reports for stores and partners (daily, weekly, monthly). Analyze ROI across channels and ensure sales and inventory data are synchronized with the company’s ERP system.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or Communication
Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel, fashion retail, or sportswear, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven experience managing retail stores and consignment networks
Strong analytical skills in sales data, promotional strategy, and partner engagement
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and sales-driven mindset
Passion for sports, running, and fashion
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
