We are seeking a Service Engineer to support diagnostic imaging products, including CR, DR, and X-ray systems with console, with potential future exposure to PACS.
This role is responsible for on-site installation, system setup, troubleshooting, and post-installation support. The Service Engineer is expected to take a proactive after-sales approach, ensuring customer success while strengthening long-term relationships, brand trust, and service reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of CR, DR, and X-ray systems, including system consoles
- Provide troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and technical support after installation
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system performance checks
- Act as a technical point of contact for customers, ensuring system reliability and uptime
- Proactively support customers post-installation to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and overall service experience
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and colleagues to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper technical documentation
- Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electro-Medical Engineering or related field
- Certified Electro Medical Engineer (ATEM)
- Hands-on experience as a Service Engineer for general X-ray systems
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Able to work independently on customer sites
