Job Responsibilities

  • Act as Product Owner of the study program, driving its USP, value proposition, and growth. Design and position the program as a flagship educational product aligned with industry needs.
  • Translate market trends, industry demands, and government regulations into curriculum, flagship initiatives, and innovative teaching methods.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to strengthen program narrative and student conversion.
  • Use student and alumni data to continuously improve program quality and outcomes.
  • Oversee accreditation readiness, academic quality assurance, and program reputation.
  • Lead and mentor faculty, ensuring strong academic delivery and operational excellence.
  • Build partnerships with industry, universities, and academic/non-academic stakeholders.

Academic Duties

  • Teach a minimum of 6 credits per semester.
  • Conduct research and community service activities.
  • Supervise students in final projects, theses, and internships.

Outcomes & Impact

  • Students: Engaged, satisfied, and industry-ready.
  • Program: Strong accreditation, healthy enrollment growth, and reputation as a leading reference program in Indonesia.

Job Requirements

Education & Background

  • Minimum Master’s degree (S2) from a reputable University.
  • Academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.

Experience

  • At least several years of teaching and curriculum development experience in higher education.
  • Industry practitioner experience is a strong advantage.
  • Academic management and cross-functional collaboration experience preferred.
