Job Responsibilities

Act as Product Owner of the study program, driving its USP, value proposition, and growth. Design and position the program as a flagship educational product aligned with industry needs.
Translate market trends, industry demands, and government regulations into curriculum, flagship initiatives, and innovative teaching methods.
Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to strengthen program narrative and student conversion.
Use student and alumni data to continuously improve program quality and outcomes.
Oversee accreditation readiness, academic quality assurance, and program reputation.
Lead and mentor faculty, ensuring strong academic delivery and operational excellence.
Build partnerships with industry, universities, and academic/non-academic stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Education & Background

Experience

At least several years of teaching and curriculum development experience in higher education.
Industry practitioner experience is a strong advantage.
Academic management and cross-functional collaboration experience preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proven leadership in managing part-time faculty and academic operations.
Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
