About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Strategy & Transformation Lead to drive an enterprise-wide transition toward a mature DevSecOps culture. This role sits at the intersection of executive leadership and engineering teams, ensuring that security, speed, and scalability are embedded seamlessly into the software delivery lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings a consultative and strategic mindset, with the ability to diagnose organizational bottlenecks, design transformation roadmaps, and manage complex stakeholder dynamics to drive adoption at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap Design
- Define and own the DevSecOps Target Operating Model (TOM), aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Assess current (“As-Is”) software delivery and security practices; design the future-state (“To-Be”) architecture and processes.
- Build and manage a transformation roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term resilience.
Transformation & Change Management
- Lead cultural transformation to break down silos across Development, Security, and Operations.
- Design and implement change management frameworks to ensure strong adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.
- Drive a “Shift Left” approach by embedding security early in the development lifecycle.
Governance & Performance Management
- Define and track KPIs and metrics (including DORA metrics) to measure delivery velocity, stability, and security outcomes.
- Prepare and present executive-level updates covering progress, risks, and return on investment.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk controls and relevant industry standards throughout automation and transformation initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and IT leaders, clearly articulating the business value of DevSecOps investments.
- Facilitate workshops and cross-functional working sessions to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
AI Enablement

Leverage AI technologies to analyze data, generate insights, and support strategic planning and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience: 7–10+ years in IT Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Management Consulting.
- Consulting Background: Strong preference for candidates with experience in top-tier consulting firms.
- Technical Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture, and application security.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA is an advantage.
- Strategic Capability: Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level insights.
- Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile, Lean, ITIL, and Change Management frameworks (e.g., Prosci).
- Communication: Excellent English communication and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment without direct authority.
- Business Analysis: Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the insurance or financial services industry.
- AI Literacy: Basic understanding of AI technologies, principles, and practical applications.
