Job Responsibilities
- Manage and develop B2B corporate clients, including new business acquisition and existing account maintenance
- Conduct sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with Japanese and local clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable workspace / furniture / interior solutions
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales documentation
- Coordinate closely with internal teams such as design, project, and operations to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Prepare regular sales reports and pipeline updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (mandatory)
- Proven track record in handling corporate or enterprise clients
- Japanese language proficiency at minimum JLPT N2 (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Results-oriented with strong commercial mindset
- Willing to coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams
