About the company
Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client, an Indonesian company engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and trading of office stationery and filing products.
Job Responsibilities
- Goal Management: Responsible for goal setting, performance reviews, evaluations, and achievement analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Organization & Talent Management: Manage organizational structure and headcount planning, conduct personnel evaluations, perform competency analysis, and develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key positions.
- Compensation & Benefits Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing, annual manpower cost budgeting, payroll data analysis, annual salary reviews, and compensation benchmarking for key roles.
- Recruitment Management: Manage and develop recruitment channels, support departments in hiring initiatives, and monitor recruitment performance and outcomes.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding processes, while continuously improving workflow efficiency and HR operational processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 3-5years of HR experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or retail industries
- Experience leading the HR department; proficient in recruitment, performance management, talent development, and compensation modules
- Experience managing a team of 3–5 or more people
- Led projects in performance management and talent development
- Connections with external headhunters and local labor bureaus
- Proficiency in English is required; Chinese language ability and HR experience in a Chinese-funded enterprise are advantages
