About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an Independent Software Provider offering comprehensive end-to-end solutions tailored for financial businesses. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and define the strategic direction and business roadmap for the SaaS business unit in alignment with the company’s vision.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SaaS products and services.
  • Manage and be accountable for achieving revenue, gross profit, net profit, and resource utilization targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, explore new market segments, and expand strategic client networks within multifinance, banking, fintech, and enterprise industries.
  • Ensure all services operate effectively and efficiently while meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee the end-to-end operational processes of the SaaS business.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across SOPs, operational workflows, and quality standards.
  • Maintain long-term business relationships with strategic clients and provide support for escalated issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales & Commercial team on pricing strategies, proposals, contracts, and large-scale negotiations.
  • Lead teams to respond effectively to client needs and improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company in internal meetings, external engagements, and industry forums.
  • Lead, direct, and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Establish KPIs for each department and conduct monthly and annual performance evaluations.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team competency and productivity.
  • Build a collaborative work culture focused on ownership, agility, and service quality.
  • Prepare and present monthly business unit performance reports to the Board of Management (BoM).
  • Ensure all operations comply with company regulations, legal requirements, NDA/NCA agreements, and professional ethical standards.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting processes and monitor business unit cost realization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8–12 years of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams of at least 10–20 members.
  • Strong experience in P&L management, operations, and business development is highly preferred.
  • Strong business acumen in SaaS business models.
  • Ability to analyze operational data including utilization, margins, SLAs, productivity, and manpower planning.
  • Strong negotiation skills, proposal management experience, and client engagement capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching ability, and experience managing multi-divisional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Adaptable to change and committed to continuous improvement.
