Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement system integration strategies to ensure applications support business needs and align with overall technology objectives.
- Design and manage integration frameworks, including interface governance, integration testing, and acceptance processes.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
- Lead the development and management of integration solutions connecting ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, retail stores, and distribution center systems.
- Drive integration initiatives across Ecommerce and Omni Channel platforms to ensure seamless backend connectivity and data flow.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and propose innovative and cost-effective integration approaches.
- Support project execution, including system upgrades, seasonal releases, and long-term technology initiatives.
- Mentor and guide team members while supporting issue resolution and team capability development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field with 8–12 years of experience in IT project delivery, preferably within the retail industry.
- Experience in roles such as Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Integration Specialist is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Order Management Systems (e.g., Sterling, Hybris, Manhattan) and ecommerce/omnichannel ecosystems.
- Proven experience delivering Ecommerce or Omni Channel integration projects.
- Solid understanding of retail business processes and omnichannel operations.
- Experience in application design, development, and systems integration architecture.
- Strong project management capability, able to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including mentoring team members and working with cross-functional teams.
