About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, an AI data centre infrastructure company that offers advanced colocation services designed to ensure exceptional performance, robust security, and cost-effective operations.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the operations of several data centres, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of approximately >50 staff members across > 10 departments, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, leveraging accounting expertise to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
  • Coordinate with senior leadership to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including technology upgrades, workflow optimization, and risk management.
  • Represent the company in stakeholder meetings, audits, and external engagements.
  • Travel regularly between Karawang and SCBD offices, with flexibility based on operational needs.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting, or related fields.
  • 4–5 years of senior-level experience in data centre operations, preferably as Deputy Director or equivalent leadership role.
  • Strong background in financial management, with the ability to integrate financial oversight into operational decision-making.
  • Proven track record in managing large teams and multiple departments.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in English; additional fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel and manage operations across multiple sites.
