Job Responsibilities
Looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and digital growth across Southeast Asia. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid marketing channels, improving the customer acquisition funnel, and executing digital campaigns that generate measurable business results.
Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition
- Plan, run, and optimize paid acquisition and retargeting campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, WhatsApp, and email marketing.
- Take ownership of the entire acquisition funnel, from ad impressions to customer conversion.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics, including CAC, CTR, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
- Implement structured A/B testing frameworks to evaluate creatives, audience segments, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate spend across channels, and ensure efficient media utilization.
- Utilize analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM platforms to monitor campaign performance and identify insights.
- Design and improve remarketing and lifecycle campaigns using messaging, SMS, and email automation.
- Partner with creative teams to produce engaging advertising assets aligned with campaign goals and customer behavior.
- Explore and implement opportunities in programmatic advertising and advanced targeting strategies.
Growth Strategy & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with teams across product, sales, analytics, and customer success to ensure acquisition strategies align with the overall customer journey.
- Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including product launches, onboarding improvements, and retention programs.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Participate in experimentation initiatives, including funnel optimization tests and user experience improvements.
- Promote data-driven decision making by sharing campaign insights and performance results with leadership and internal teams.
- Guide junior marketing team members and contribute to building a high-performing growth team.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in performance marketing, digital growth, or user acquisition.
- Background in fintech, digital platforms, consumer technology companies, or digital marketing agencies.
- Demonstrated success in scaling paid marketing channels with strong return on investment.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube), and digital marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, attribution analysis, and marketing funnel metrics.
- Familiarity with mobile marketing and attribution tools such as Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Adjust is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams involving product, engineering, and commercial stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
