Summary
Role Overview
The Clinical Application Specialist will be responsible for providing clinical and application support for Healthcare IT products, with future involvement in X-ray systems and Dynamic Digital Radiography solutions. This role supports customers across pre-sales and post-sales phases through product demonstrations, training, and ongoing clinical consultation to ensure optimal system utilization, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Application Support
- Deliver on-site and online product demonstrations for Healthcare IT solutions (e.g., PACS), and in the future X-ray and Dynamic Digital Radiography systems.
- Provide clinical application support to customers before and after system installation.
- Support users in optimizing workflows, image quality, and system usage in daily clinical operations.
- Act as a clinical point of contact for application-related inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting.
Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Activities
- Support sales and service teams during pre-sales activities by providing clinical insights and application expertise.
- Conduct user training sessions for radiographers, clinicians, and hospital staff.
- Proactively follow up with customers after implementation to ensure successful adoption and high satisfaction.
Customer Success & Collaboration
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance trust, loyalty, and company reputation.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, service, and technical teams) to achieve shared goals.
- Gather user feedback and clinical insights to support continuous improvement of products and services.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Background as a qualified Radiographer.
- Experience as a Clinical Application Specialist for PACS and/or X-ray products.
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and proactively solve problems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global healthcare technology principals
- Exposure to Healthcare IT solutions beyond PACS is an advantage.
- Experience handling hospital or diagnostic center customers.
