Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a Global Technology and IT Services Company that has served more than 1,000 clients worldwide.

 

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  • Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Business Development:

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.

  • Develop a deep understanding of client’s business needs and pain points to position the company’s IT solutions effectively.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving technology requirements.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how our

  • Solutions can address their challenges and drive business value.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges.

  • Planned and joined marketing activities to generate opportunities.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  • Accurately forecast sales pipelines and revenue projections.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and market feedback to the executive team.

 

Job Requirements

  • A strong network of industry contacts in the IT sector.

  • Proven record of at least 7 years in software solution and IT professional service sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Experience working for a global company serving the Indonesian market for at least 3 years.

  • Experience handling stakeholders from the banking, insurance, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.

  • Results-orientated, strong problem-solving skills, and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • Professional English (TOEIC 850+ or equivalents)

  • An MBA degree is highly preferred.
