Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading provider of data management infrastructure, cloud services, data warehouses, and analytics platforms with a global presence.
Job Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and implement tailored solutions

Leverage knowledge of networking, O365, and Active Directory to guide the team effectively.

Address escalations when necessary.

Lead and manage projects related to IAM operations, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational workflows and service delivery.

Contribute to strategic planning for scaling operations and adopting new technologies.

Prepare periodic operational and project status reports for senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

15+ years of experience in IT operations or service delivery, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

Proven experience managing Identification and Access Management (IAM) helpdesk teams is highly desirable.

Exposure to networking, O365, and Active Directory is an added advantage.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.

Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving.
