Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a holding company with over five years of experience, specialising in the growth and development of multiple digital enterprises.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Continuously refine paid media strategies, including budget management, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional digital marketing team (content creators, PPC specialists, SEO analysts) to achieve performance goals such as CTR, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation with new digital trends, including AI-driven advertising and influencer marketing.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Mixpanel to assess market trends, optimize campaign strategies, and identify untapped digital opportunities.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark against industry leaders in SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Monitor and report on key marketing KPIs (ROAS, LTV, funnel drop-off rates, campaign ROI), ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Continuously refine campaign execution by adjusting budgets and optimizing ad sets based on performance insights.
- Work closely with product teams to align marketing efforts with user journeys, improving landing pages and in-app messaging.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless customer experiences across digital platforms.
- Strategically manage digital ad budgets, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.
- Evaluate and implement marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, Zapier) to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth hacking (experience in IT or edutech is a plus).
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proven track record in scaling campaigns profitably (demonstrated ability to improve ROAS, lower CAC, or achieve viral growth).
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media algorithms.
- Ability to interpret marketing metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPC, and attribution models (last-click, multi-touch).
- Previous experience leading remote or hybrid teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) for professional communication.
