Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a holding company with over five years of experience, specialising in the growth and development of multiple digital enterprises.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale recruitment initiatives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition.
- Manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously, optimising hiring processes for various roles.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that enhance recruitment, retention, and compliance across the organisation.
- Support people development initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement, and organisational growth.
- Serve as a mentor for students and early-career professionals, providing career guidance, interview coaching, CV/resume review, and soft skill development.
- Actively participate in career bootcamps or training programs to support workforce transition efforts.
- Oversee IT recruitment processes, ensuring the successful placement of software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, project managers, and other tech roles.
- Leverage technical expertise to assess IT skill sets and align hiring strategies with project needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams and coordinate IT-related projects to support effective talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, ensuring professional and effective communication.
- Provide insights into international recruitment processes, enhancing talent acquisition for overseas clients.
- Ensure agility, efficiency, and a results-oriented approach in all HR and recruitment initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Min 2 - 3 years of proven experience in large-scale and high-volume recruitment projects.
- Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
- Proven senior HR experience with people development, performance management, and organisational scaling.
- Skilled in building HR strategies, engagement programs, and ensuring operational excellence across recruitment, retention, and compliance.
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken English to handle internal and external communication professionally, including with global clients.
- Agile, fast-paced, result-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of the startup/tech ecosystem.
- Experience mentoring students and early-career professionals in job preparation, including CV/resume review, interview coaching, career mapping, and soft skill development.
- Actively involved as an HR mentor in career bootcamps or training programs, helping participants transition successfully into the workforce.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting IT roles such as software engineers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, project managers, etc.
- Good technical understanding of IT skill sets.
- Experience working alongside IT teams or coordinating IT-related projects will be a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with the IT project lifecycle and ability to align hiring strategies to project needs.
- Having prior experience managing recruitment or HR processes for overseas clients will be a significant plus.
