About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a property developer company with over a decade of experience and actively involved in the development and marketing of residential projects throughout Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek), West Java, and East Java.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop operational plans for project execution
- Organize and coordinate day-to-day project activities
- Oversee and implement project operations on-site
- Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Source and liaise with vendors and external parties to support smooth project execution
- Facilitate communication and coordination among all stakeholders involved
- Prepare regular reports and maintain project-related administrative documentation
- Ensure productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation across all project activities
- Guarantee successful project completion in alignment with the established plans
Job Requirements
- Holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a Site Manager in a property development company (landed housing projects).
- Demonstrates strong expertise in residential construction management, including planning, execution, budgeting, and project scheduling.
- Possesses in-depth technical knowledge of house construction and related infrastructure.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and similar tools.
- Experienced in preparing accurate, effective, and efficient project budgets (RAB) and cost plans (RAPP).
- Exhibits strong leadership, integrity, broad insight, and a collaborative spirit.
- Has a pleasant personality, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
- Owns a personal vehicle
