About the company

Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client, a property developer company with over a decade of experience and actively involved in the development and marketing of residential projects throughout Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek), West Java, and East Java.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop operational plans for project execution 
• Organize and coordinate day-to-day project activities
• Oversee and implement project operations on-site
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Source and liaise with vendors and external parties to support smooth project execution
• Facilitate communication and coordination among all stakeholders involved
• Prepare regular reports and maintain project-related administrative documentation
• Ensure productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, and innovation across all project activities
• Guarantee successful project completion in alignment with the established plans

Job Requirements

• Holds a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Has at least 2 years of experience as a Site Manager in a property development company (landed housing projects).
• Demonstrates strong expertise in residential construction management, including planning, execution, budgeting, and project scheduling.
• Possesses in-depth technical knowledge of house construction and related infrastructure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and similar tools.
• Experienced in preparing accurate, effective, and efficient project budgets (RAB) and cost plans (RAPP).
• Exhibits strong leadership, integrity, broad insight, and a collaborative spirit.
• Has a pleasant personality, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
• Owns a personal vehicle
