- Possesses deeper product and market knowledge than their team, enabling them to lead with authority, inspire confidence, and serve as a subject-matter expert.
- Proven ability to grow market share and deliver measurable sales results in the heavy equipment sector.
- Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline.
- At least 2 years in a Sales Manager role within the engine industry, or as a Branch Manager, Regional Manager, or Sales Manager in the heavy equipment industry.
- Direct experience in unit sales (e.g., heavy equipment or cranes) is essential—experience limited to product support or services is not sufficient.
- Prior hands-on experience in direct selling (e.g., as a Sales Executive or Key Account Manager) is required.
- Candidates should come from the heavy equipment, crane, or leasing sectors, ideally with a customer base within e.g., mining, construction, agriculture, rental.
- Well-acquainted with the regional landscape and business environment across Sulawesi Utara (Manado), Gorontalo, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah (Morowali), and Maluku (Halmahera).
